Mindtrip AI ("the App", "we", "us") is an AI travel-planning app published by APPAI LABS ("the Publisher"). This policy explains what the App collects, why, who it is shared with, and what control you have over it.

1. Summary
- You can use the App as a guest, without giving us a name or an email.
- The App does not request or collect your device location. It holds no location permission at all. Trips are built from the city you type, not from where you are.
- We use your trip inputs to generate itineraries with Google's Gemini AI and to look up places with Google Places.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the App at any time: Profile → Delete Account (or Delete Guest Data if you never signed in).
