These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Smart App LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) covering your use of the PlotTripLine app and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PlotTripLine. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Paid subscriptions require you to be able to enter a binding contract, or to have a parent or guardian’s consent.
You can use parts of PlotTripLine without signing in; your data is then tied to this device. Signing in with Google or an email and password lets you keep your data across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without permission. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
PlotTripLine lets you save places from social media posts and web pages, organize them on a map and in collections, generate day-by-day trip plans, and browse ready-made city guides. Features may change over time. We may add, change or remove features, and some features may be available only to subscribers.
PlotTripLine uses artificial intelligence to identify places in content and to build itineraries. AI-generated results can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Places may be misidentified, closed, relocated, or have different opening hours, prices, accessibility or safety conditions than shown. Walking times and distances are estimates.
PlotTripLine is a planning aid, not professional travel, safety, legal or medical advice. You are responsible for checking information before relying on it, and for your own travel decisions, bookings, safety and compliance with local laws, visa and entry requirements.
You keep ownership of the notes, collections and other content you create (“Your Content”). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, copy and display Your Content only as needed to operate and improve the Service. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies you have shared with others or that we must keep by law.
